This is what we settle with you before the first order. If something here does not fit how you operate, say so in the request — most of it is adjustable.
Commercial terms
What we need to agree on.
Minimum order
The minimum is set per reference and per glaze, not on the order total. A color outside the standard range pushes the minimum up, because it means preparing a dedicated firing. We confirm the exact figure in the quote, against your list.

Packaging and palletizing
Every reference is packed for ocean freight, individually separated and in a labeled master carton. Pallet stacking and pieces-per-carton are documented in the spec sheet, so your warehouse receives against a list.

Incoterms
We work EXW, FOB and CIF. If you already have a customs broker and a carrier, FOB is the usual choice. If you would rather receive the goods delivered, we quote CIF to your port.

Private label and OEM
We produce under your brand. That can be packaging only, or piece and packaging to your specification. If your catalog needs a size or a pattern we do not carry, we evaluate the mold: the molds are ours, so developing one does not depend on a third party.

Samples
Before you commit a container, we ship a physical sample of every reference and every glaze you are evaluating. It is the only honest way to approve color: no glaze looks on screen the way it looks in hand.

Lead times
Production time depends on volume, on how many different glazes the order carries, and on whether mold development is involved. We commit to it in writing in the quote, with a date, and not before your list is closed.

Yes, if you send a physical sample. We formulate glaze in the plant, so this is lab work rather than a catalog lookup. From a photo or a Pantone code we can get close, but we will not certify it as matched until we have the piece in hand.
