Three lines

One plant, three product families.

Everything is formed, glazed and fired under one roof. That is what keeps color consistent when you mix lines in a single order.

Perforated blocks for walls and façades. They filter light and air, and the clay stays visible along the edge — proof the piece is fired ceramic, not a cast imitation.

Glazes

The color is ours, not a supplier's.

We formulate and apply glaze inside the plant. Color does not depend on what happens to be available on the market: we match it to the physical sample you send, and we hold it from batch to batch.

Pick a glaze to see it applied.

Gloss white, matte black and natural clay are confirmed in the catalog. The rest of the range is representative — any tone is quoted against a physical sample.

Capabilities

What an importer needs to know before reaching out.

In-house production

No middleman. The piece is formed, glazed and fired by us, so quality control and lead time are ours to answer for — not a third party's.

Custom color

Glazes formulated in-house. We match tone against a physical sample and hold it consistent from one batch to the next.

Custom ceramic products

FASAN has the capability and the tools to develop custom ceramic products based on your needs. Bring us a drawing, a sample, or a size that does not exist yet, and we evaluate the mold.

Ongoing programs

We are set up for repeat orders, not just one-off buys. We reserve kiln capacity by season.

Our own molds

The molds are ours. A new reference or a size adaptation does not wait on a third-party mold shop.

Samples before you commit

We ship a physical sample of every reference and every glaze before you commit a container.

Process

From clay to container.

Six steps, all inside the plant. If your sourcing team wants to audit, this is the walkthrough.

  1. Forming

The piece is slip-cast in our own mold. Wall thickness is set here, and thickness is what decides whether the piece survives the trip.

  2. Drying

Controlled drying before the kiln. This step catches the crack you cannot see at packing — the one that shows up weeks later on the wall.

  3. Glazing

Application of glaze formulated on site. This is the step that fixes color and the gloss or matte level.

  4. Firing

The kiln. Clay vitrifies and glaze anchors. What comes out no longer absorbs water.

  5. Sorting

Piece-by-piece inspection against the approved sample. What does not pass does not get packed.

  6. Packing and loading

Packaging built for a long trip, palletized stacking and container loading with documented counts.

Export

Set up to sell into the United States.

We work with importers, distributors and retail chains. These are the terms we settle before the first order.

  • Minimum order per reference and glaze
  • Packaging, palletizing and container loading
  • Incoterms: EXW, FOB and CIF
  • Production under your own brand
  • Physical samples before you commit volume

Quote

Send us your list and we will quote it.

Tell us which references, what volume and which port. You get back pricing, production time and a stacking proposal.
